Who We Are
Kilimani Mediation Centre (KMC) empowers corporations, NGOs, and individuals to access justice through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). We promote fairness, confidentiality, and cooperation—helping parties resolve disputes peacefully without litigation.
Fanya Mambo Kinuthia – Lead Partner
Fanya Mambo Kinuthia holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Open University of Tanzania, giving him a strong understanding of both Kenyan and Tanzanian law. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Constitutional Law, Democracy, and Governance.
His training in Arbitration is by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK, Kenya Chapter), and his credentials are recognized internationally. As a Certified Mediator, he has successfully resolved numerous cases across the Employment and Labour Relations Court, Commercial Division, Family Division, and Land and Environment Court.
Under his leadership, KMC continues to offer professional, fair, and client-centered mediation—helping parties find amicable, lasting solutions.
